Looking to create a ‘theatrical tool-themed centre piece’ for their Christmas display, B&Q approached us with a visual concept of a large, impactful gift box that had been mocked together by their studio department.
Our CAD team produced some initial drawings, which then quickly progressed through to a printed sample that was placed at B&Q’s lab – a mock shop at their head office where POS layouts can be tried and tested in a retail environment before being rolled out across stores.
This festive cardboard engineered campaign was specifically designed for in store staff to implement the display, using the detailed instruction guide supplied as part of the POS pack. The Tooltime Christmas Gift Box was rolled out to 75 stores across the UK.
