Each of our clients are different, from the way they work to their requirements and department set up, with this in mind we assign an Account Manager to each of our clients to look after their day to day needs with the company.
This can be from answering material and production questions to placing orders and arranging proofs. Each of our Account Management Team has a wealth of knowledge, making them invaluable to the clients they work with.
Each Account Manager reports into an Account Director who is also available to clients as needed and we have several accounts where one of the dedicated team is based at their offices. This allows for greater speed and allows us to add real value to the teams working without our client companies.
